About the Role
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Produce Department team.
- Collaborate closely with the store leadership team to deliver department excellence.
- Drive compliance, safety, and quality standards across the department.
- Develop efficient rosters and plan for peak trading periods.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock quality to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Support the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Proven experience managing fresh produce departments.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for visual merchandising, stock control, and achieving operational goals.
- Experience in a highly regulated environment is a plus but not essential.
- Salary package starting from $85k+ super + bonus potential.
