What you’ll do:
- Lead a team of 7, driving sales, team performance, and operational excellence.
- Manage a large garden department (around ¼ of the store)
- Apply your plant knowledge to educate your team and support customers and ensure healthy, thriving stock at all times
- Build strong relationships with customers, helping them make confident choices.
- Solid retail leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Experience running a store or department generating a turnover of $1.5M per year +
- Expert plant knowledge and ability to apply it in a retail context
- A natural people person who can coach their team and engage customers.
- Salary $70-80K per annum
