About the Role
As the Operations Manager , you'll take ownership of all operational functions within this busy flagship store. Working closely with the Store Manager and leadership team, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, oversee inventory management, optimise stock flow and maintain exceptional back-of-house standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach your team, drive operational efficiencies and play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience through strong execution behind the scenes.

- Previous leadership experience in retail operations, inventory or stock management, ideally within fashion or specialty retail
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock flow and back-of-house operations
- A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse reports and drive operational performance
- Passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to support outstanding visual merchandising through effective stock availability and operational execution
