About the Company & Opportunity:
This globally recognised brand sits at the forefront of performance and lifestyle retail, with a strong presence across New Zealand. Known for its premium product and high standards, the business is now looking to appoint a commercially sharp Multi-Site Manager to lead a portfolio of outlet stores.

This role requires more than just operational excellence; it’s about driving performance through people, stock strategy, and a clear commercial lens. You’ll take full ownership of multiple locations, including a flagship, high-volume Manawa Bay store, working closely with the National Retail Manager to optimise inventory flow, maximise sell-through, and elevate the in-store experience.

The Role:
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing store teams across multiple sites
  • Drive sales performance, KPIs, and overall commercial outcomes across the portfolio
  • Take a strategic approach to stock management, working closely with wider teams to optimise ranging, flow, and sell-through in an outlet environment
  • Oversee a flagship, high-turnover Manawa Bay store, ensuring it continues to set the benchmark for performance
  • Ensure operational excellence and consistency across all locations
  • Build a strong, engaged team culture with a clear focus on accountability and results
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and implement initiatives that drive growth
About You:
  • Proven experience in a Multi-Site role, or a tenured Senior Store Manager ready to step up
  • Strong background in outlet or high-volume retail, with a clear understanding of stock flow and trading patterns
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to think strategically about inventory, sales, and performance
  • Demonstrated tenure and stability in previous roles
  • A hands-on leader who leads from the front and builds high-performing teams
  • Focused on the right KPIs, not just reporting, using data to drive meaningful, commercial outcomes across multiple locations
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
