This is not a traditional retail sales role — you will be part of an immersive store experience where craftsmanship, personalisation, and storytelling sit at the heart of every customer interaction.
You will work in a high-profile boutique environment where customers are invited to engage with product in a more personal and curated way, creating a memorable and highly personalised shopping journey.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering a premium, high-touch customer experience in a luxury retail environment
- Styling clients and building complete looks tailored to individual preference
- Engaging customers through storytelling, product education, and craftsmanship detail
- Supporting in-store product personalisation and bespoke finishing experiences
- Driving strong conversion and contributing to daily sales targets
- Building long-term client relationships through repeat engagement and clienteling
- Maintaining exceptional visual and operational store standards

You will bring:
