We’re looking for a driven Fashion Department Manager to take ownership of a key department within a busy Perth CBD store. You’ll lead from the floor, motivate your team and ensure customers enjoy an engaging, personalised shopping experience.
From driving sales and delivering commercial results to maintaining exceptional visual standards, you’ll play an important role in bringing the brand’s fashion vision to life. Your leadership, eye for detail and passion for customer service will help create an environment where both customers and team members thrive.
About You:
- Previous retail leadership experience, ideally within fashion
- A passion for trends, styling and delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
- Confidence coaching, motivating and developing a team
- An eye for visual merchandising, store presentation and detail
- A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
