Reporting directly to the GM Retail, this role will oversee a network of Area Managers across NT & QLD with a strong focus on leadership development, operational performance, commercial outcomes and continuous improvement across a large multi-site retail portfolio.

- Budgeting, forecasting and P&L performance
- Process improvement and operational efficiencies

- Retail standards and compliance across multiple sites
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and coaching a team of Area Managers
- Supporting operational strategy alongside the GM Retail
- Driving sales, cost control and overall store performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
- Supporting large-scale retail operations across diverse locations
- Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Developing leadership capability across the retail network
- Supporting budgeting and financial planning processes
- Driving a positive and people-focused leadership culture
- Senior multi-site retail leadership experience
- Strong supermarket, grocery or large-format retail operations background
- Experience leading leaders across dispersed locations
- High commercial and financial acumen
- Strong budgeting, reporting and operational analysis capability
- A hands-on and adaptable leadership style
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to balance accountability with empathy and people leadership
- A passion for operational improvement and team development
