With continued growth and strong momentum, they are now looking for a Club General Manager who is excited to step into a leadership role where they can shape both the culture and performance of the club.

Your New Role:

You will take full leadership of the club, overseeing performance, people, operations and the overall member experience.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being hands on in the business. You will lead from the floor, support your team day to day and stay closely connected to how the club is performing across membership growth, service standards and operational excellence.

You will guide the team, monitor performance and ensure the club runs smoothly across every part of the business. From team development and membership performance through to the overall atmosphere inside the club, your leadership will set the tone.

What You Will Get Up To:
  • Lead and develop a multi-department team across sales, reception and club operations
  • Drive membership growth while maintaining strong retention and member engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver both strong performance and exceptional service
  • Stay close to the numbers, monitoring membership trends, sales activity and club performance
  • Build relationships within the local community to generate new membership opportunities
  • Ensure the club environment consistently reflects a premium experience for members
  • Manage daily operations including rostering, reporting and operational standards
  • Identify new ways to grow the business through partnerships, local connections and club initiatives
  • Maintain a positive and professional culture where the team feel supported and motivated
The Experience Checklist:
  • Proven leadership experience running a gym, health club, boutique fitness studio or membership based business
  • Strong background in membership sales with accountability for acquisition, retention and conversion targets
  • Experience leading sales consultants, membership advisors or front of house teams in a performance driven environment
  • Hands on operational leadership including rostering, staffing, service delivery and daily club standards
  • Commercial understanding of club performance including sales reporting, membership trends and revenue targets
  • Confidence building local partnerships and community relationships to generate new membership opportunities
  • A visible and present leadership style with the ability to motivate teams and drive a high performance culture
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance people leadership, sales performance and operations
