Your New Role:

This Sales Associate position is suited to someone who thrives in a client-focused setting, is confident with clienteling and either has a strong interest in timepieces or is eager to learn a highly technical product. The boutique values professionalism, expertise and a personalised approach to service.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of service to all customers
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling
  • Maintain impeccable store presentation in line with brand standards
  • Drive individual and team sales performance
  • Assist with daily operations including stock handling and replenishment
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and technical training
The Experience Checklist:
  • Experience in luxury retail or working with high end clientele
  • Previous exposure to timepieces is desirable but not essential
  • Immaculately presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A genuine passion for sales and delivering tailored customer experiences
  • Strong relationship building ability and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interest in watches or confidence in learning a technical product
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends
