Your New Role:
This Sales Associate position is suited to someone who thrives in a client-focused setting, is confident with clienteling and either has a strong interest in timepieces or is eager to learn a highly technical product. The boutique values professionalism, expertise and a personalised approach to service.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling
- Maintain impeccable store presentation in line with brand standards
- Assist with daily operations including stock handling and replenishment
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and technical training
- Experience in premium retail or working with high-end clientele within fashion or accessories
- Immaculately presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine passion for sales and delivering tailored customer experiences
- Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends
