This is a dynamic, high-volume role where you will drive operational excellence, lead a dedicated shift, and directly contribute to customer satisfaction across omnichannel retail operations.

Reporting to the Fulfilment Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the overnight fulfilment shift. Rooted in a spirit of togetherness, you will work alongside your co-workers to ensure seamless stock replenishment, order picking, and goods availability, keeping our operations efficient through smart cost-consciousness and strict safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Shift & Roster Operations: Manage and work overnight rotating fortnightly rosters, including weekends.
- Hands-On Execution: Lead by example, performing forklift operation, manual handling, and operational tasks.
- Leadership & Coaching: Lead and coach up to 8 co-workers per shift, fostering a safe and inclusive culture.
- Fulfilment & Stock Availability: Oversee overnight goods receipt, replenishment, and order fulfilment.
- Safety & Sustainability: Maintain a safe, compliant environment aligned with sustainability goals.
- Process Improvement: Monitor volume, improve accuracy, reduce stock damage, and meet productivity goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align shift outputs with business goals.
- Warehouse Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing teams in retail, logistics, or supply chain.
- Forklift Licence: Valid Australian Forklift Licence with confident operating experience.
- Autonomy & Pressure: Able to manage solo/overnight shifts and meet tight deadlines.
- Hands-On Approach: Leads by example, combining supervision with operational tasks.
- Values-Driven: Committed to teamwork, cost-consciousness, and practical solutions.
- Communication & Safety: Strong communicator focused on safety, accuracy, and quality.
