Your New Role:
- You will take full ownership of your store across sales, people, operations and customer experience. This is a hands on leadership role where your energy sets the tone.
- Lead, coach and motivate your team to hit sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay present on the shop floor, supporting customers and guiding your team in real time.
- Manage rosters, wages, stock and daily operations with confidence and attention to detail.
- Build a positive and accountable team culture where development and performance go hand in hand.
- Review store results, identify trends and take action to maximise every opportunity.
- Maintain strong visual standards that are on brand and commercially impactful.
- Create a premium in store experience that keeps customers coming back.
The Experience Checklist:
- 3+ years experience as a Store Manager in fashion or lifestyle retail in a high visibility store.
- A strong people leader who enjoys coaching, development and succession planning
- Sales driven and commercially minded, confident working with KPIs and budgets
- Highly organised and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Hands on and energised by customer facing leadership, you lead by example and set the tone
