About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a flagship, high-volume retail store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, developing a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of the store's success, from sales and operational performance to team engagement, customer satisfaction and visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop a large retail team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Drive sales performance and deliver on key business KPIs.
  • Foster a customer-first culture that delivers exceptional service experiences.
  • Recruit, train and develop team members and future leaders.
  • Manage performance, engagement and succession planning initiatives.
  • Oversee stock control, inventory management and loss prevention.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are maintained.
  • Execute company initiatives, promotions and operational priorities.
  • Maintain compliance across all operational, safety and people processes.
About You
  • Previous Store Management experience within a high-volume retail environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop large teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving sales and performance.
  • Experience managing stock, inventory and operational processes.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
