Your New Role: 

You will take full ownership of your store across sales, team performance, operations and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where your commercial mindset, professionalism and energy set the standard.

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, using structured performance management to drive results and build capability over time.
• Take full accountability for store performance, confidently articulating the how and why behind KPIs, trade decisions and commercial outcomes.
• Analyse trade, forecast effectively and roster to business patterns to maximise productivity and profitability.
• Be highly visible on the floor, leading from the front and setting the benchmark for an energetic, customer-first experience.
• Build and protect a strong team culture, fostering accountability, connection and high standards under pressure.
• Lead with strong business acumen, making informed decisions that balance people, product and performance.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence and professional judgement when navigating challenges, feedback and team dynamics.
• Commit to your own personal development, actively seeking feedback and applying learnings to elevate your leadership.
• Create meaningful community connections, aligning with a lifestyle that reflects movement, fitness and local engagement.
 
 The Experience Checklist:  
• 2+ years’ experience in an Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role in fashion or lifestyle retail
• A strong people leader who thrives on coaching, developing and supporting a team
• Commercially minded with a solid understanding of KPIs, sales performance and store budgets
• Confident supporting daily operations including rostering, stock and trade management
• Hands-on and passionate about delivering an engaging, high-energy customer experience
• A natural communicator with the ability to build relationships and lead with impact
