Your New Role:
You will take full ownership of your store across sales,team development, operations,and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where your professionalism and energy set the standard.
• Lead,coach and inspire your team to achieve sales goals while delivering a refined, personalised customer experience,including guiding customers through a thoughtful and attentive fitting room experience.
• Be visible in-store, supporting your team and guiding them to deliver exceptional service.
• Confidently manage rosters,wages, stock,and daily operations with precision and attention to detail.
• Foster a positive and accountable team culture where development, engagement,and performance go hand in hand.
• Analyse store results,identify opportunities, and take proactive action to maximise performance.
• Maintain high visual standards that are stylish, on brand, and commercially effective.
• Curate an elevated in-store experience that keeps customers returning and builds loyalty.
The Experience Checklist:
• 2+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in fashion or lifestyle retail
• Strong people leader who enjoys coaching,developing and mentoring a team
• Sales-driven and commercially minded,confident working with KPIs and budgets
• Highly organised and comfortable balancing multiple priorities
• Hands-on and energised by creating a refined,customer-focused experience
