About the Role As Ecommerce Manager you will own and drive the performance and strategic direction of digital channels across key markets, including Australasian and US audiences. You will be accountable for delivering revenue targets, optimising conversion, and ensuring a seamless and sophisticated online experience that reflects the brand’s premium positioning.
You will:
- Lead ecommerce strategy and growth across multiple markets
- Manage two distinct online stores with tailored regional approaches
- Oversee the B2B wholesale platform and ensure operational excellence
- Work closely with the GM and senior leadership to align commercial goals
- Lead and develop the Ecommerce Assistant and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Manage the relationship with external digital marketing partners
- Optimise performance through data analytics, SEO, CRO, email/CRM, and paid digital channels
- 4–5+ years in ecommerce or digital leadership, ideally in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle retail
- Minimum 2 years in a senior ecommerce role with revenue or P&L influence
- Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems, analytics tools, and digital performance metrics
- Experience with CRM/email platforms, SEO, and paid media strategies
- Excellent leadership, commercial judgement, and a proactive mindset
- Passion for premium retail, brand consistency, and elevated customer experience
