Lead the Digital Storefront of a National Retailer
Turn clicks into customers for one of New Zealand’s most loved retail brands.

The Opportunity:
This proudly Kiwi-owned business has a strong national footprint and a reputation for creating memorable retail experiences. They’re now looking for an experienced eCommerce specialist to take ownership of their fast-growing online store and elevate the end-to-end digital customer journey.

You’ll be the digital lead across a high-volume Shopify platform, driving campaigns, promotions and product launches that convert. From optimising site architecture to building compelling bundles and analysing insights, you’ll ensure every online touchpoint is commercially effective.
  • End-to-end Shopify ownership: promotions, pricing, landing pages, site updates and QA
  • Optimise product content: data accuracy, metadata, imagery and SEO
  • Drive performance: monthly reporting, conversion optimisation, AOV uplift and actionable insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with AU digital, marketing, buying and store teams
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–4+ years’ experience in retail eCommerce, either in-house or agency side, working on retail accounts
  • Proven Shopify capability, including themes, integrations and site structure
  • Strong analytical confidence across GA4, Shopify Analytics and Excel
  • Commercially minded, detail-oriented and comfortable working at pace
  • Bonus: HTML/CSS, BI tools, Photoshop or Canva
