Your New Role:
As a Department Manager, you'll play a key leadership role within one of the brand's top three performing stores in Australia. You'll rotate across some of the store's highest trading departments, each operating at a scale comparable to many standalone retail stores, giving you exposure to different areas of the business and the opportunity to broaden your leadership experience.
Working closely with the Store Leadership team, you'll take ownership of your department's commercial performance, people and day to day operations. You'll lead, coach and develop a large team while delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining high standards across service, visual merchandising and operational execution.

- Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive sales, manage KPIs and solve problems in real time.
