Your New Role:

As a Department Manager, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing one of the brand’s bustling departments within a large store. Working closely with the management team, you will take ownership of your department’s operations, lead a passionate team and ensure that sales and profit targets are achieved.

You will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by setting high standards for service and product presentation. Leading by example, you will guide and develop your team to ensure operational efficiency and drive strong business results.
  • Take accountability for your department’s performance by driving sales, managing inventory and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Lead your team in delivering an exceptional, customer-focused shopping experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s values.
  • Recruit, train and develop a team that thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Support their growth through ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Maintain high standards for merchandising, stock management and overall department organisation to optimise performance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that your department aligns with the company’s vision of sustainable and accessible fashion.
Experience Checklist:
  • Proven management experience in flagship retail environment within a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • A passion for people leadership, with a track record of developing and inspiring teams and a proactive nature
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive sales, manage KPIs and solve problems in real time.
  • A super customer centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
