The Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our Paddington store, with additional responsibility for supporting operations across our Manly location and other sites as required. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive performance, develop Store Managers and ensure every location delivers a premium customer experience. You’ll be at the forefront of the business, leading from the front, influencing results and building a strong, engaged team culture across multiple sites.

The Day to Day:
- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Drive a high-performance culture across all locations
- Analyse store results and implement strategies to maximise performance
- Ensure consistency in customer experience and brand execution
- Oversee visual merchandising and operational standards
- Manage wages, rostering and overall store efficiency
- Partner with senior leadership to drive business initiatives
- Recruit and build strong, engaged teams
