About the role
Based primarily at the Lavington hub store, you'll lead day-to-day operations while supporting two satellite stores across Albury and Corowa. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of paid staff and volunteers, ensuring strong store standards, commercial performance and an engaging customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a high-volume retail hub while supporting two satellite stores.
- Driving sales through visual merchandising, pricing and stock presentation.
- Managing stock flow across the cluster.
- Coaching and developing a diverse team of paid staff and volunteers.
- Managing rosters, store standards and daily operations.
- Working hands-on across the shop floor, customer service and back-of-house operations.
