- Driving sales and growing the commercial performance of the Auckland business

- Creating VIP events, private experiences and targeted growth marketing initiatives
- Building relationships and partnerships that attract new customers and encourage repeat business
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the global brand
- Taking ownership of the retail operation, premises and operations
- Working with the brand to develop the business and realise its commercial potential
You'll come from a luxury or premium retail or wholesale environment and have a strong track record of combining consultative sales, customer relationship management and local marketing to drive business growth.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail, engaging with sophisticated and discerning clientele
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Demonstrated local marketing and business growth experience, including customer acquisition, events and relationship-building initiatives
- A track record of generating sales, repeat business and customer loyalty
- Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of business performance
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with the confidence to take ownership and drive growth
- The ability to develop and execute local marketing initiatives that complement a known global brand
