We're looking for a genuine triple threat — someone who is equally at home closing a commercial deal, leading a marketing campaign, and interrogating a P&L. You'll sit at management level, report directly to the Directors, and have your own team around you covering sales, marketing, account management, and customer service.

- Inventory planning and forecasting to keep the business trading at its best
- Managing international supplier relationships and acting as the primary point of contact
- Driving commercial outcomes and P&L accountability across your brands
- Leading and developing your team across sales, marketing, account management, and customer service
- Travelling nationally across New Zealand and Australia to support retail partners and key accounts as well as Europe
- 3–5 years in a brand management, commercial leadership, or senior leadership team environment
- A genuine triple threat across sales, finance, and marketing
- Experience in performance, outdoor, footwear, or athletic brands — or a deep personal passion for the industry
- Established wholesale or specialty retail channel relationships
- Someone who lives and breathes the industry and brings an existing network with them
