We’re now looking for a hands-on Shop Manager to lead their Gisborne store.
About the role:
This is a small format store, where you’ll be right in the heart of the operation. It’s a true leadership role, but very much a “lead from the front” environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day store operations and setting the tone on the shop floor
- Building a positive, stable and high-performing team culture
- Driving sales through strong customer relationships and service
- Embedding structure, accountability and consistency across the store
- Connecting with the local community and growing the store’s presence
- This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys autonomy, ownership, and making a visible impact.
- Proven retail leadership experience (Store Manager or strong Assistant ready to step up)
- Hands-on, proactive leadership style
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to drive performance
- Self-starter who thrives in a smaller team environment
- An interest in interiors, colour, or design is a bonus, but not essential.
- $29+ per hour
