About the Role
As the Boutique Manager , you will take full ownership of this high-traffic Outlet location. You aren’t just managing a store; you are building a culture. Your primary focus will be leading and mentoring a team of 8, ensuring that even in a fast-paced outlet setting, every customer receives a premium, elevated experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop: Cultivate a solid team of sales advisors, focusing on coaching, performance management, and career growth.
