We’re looking for a Bike Mechanic to join a team that loves what they do. Based in West Perth, you’ll be working with some seriously impressive bikes and equally impressive brands, getting involved in everything from full builds and servicing to repairs, troubleshooting and customer support.
This is a role where your technical skills matter, but so does your curiosity, personality and passion for bikes.

Every day will be a little different, but you’ll be hands-on with the bikes and involved in making sure customers have a great experience.
You’ll be:
- Building and preparing Bikes from start to finish
- Servicing, repairing and troubleshooting bikes and Bikes
- Diagnosing issues and finding practical solutions
- Ensuring every bike leaves the workshop safe, reliable and ready to ride
- Supporting customers, sharing your knowledge and managing jobs through computer systems
- Keeping the workshop organised, maintaining high standards and working collaboratively with the team
We’d ideally love someone with bike mechanic or bike industry experience, but we’re just as interested in your attitude, personality and passion for bikes.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Genuinely loves bikes and enjoys understanding how they work
- Has hands-on experience with bike builds, servicing or repairs
- Enjoys solving problems, taking on challenges and getting stuck in
- Is comfortable with customers, computers and learning new systems
- Takes pride in their work, brings a positive, reliable attitude and is keen to keep developing their skills
