Bike Mechanic | Perth

Workshop roles rarely offer the balance, purpose, and community impact found within this opportunity.

With opportunities available across three vibrant workshop hubs in Joondalup, Whitfords, and Claremont, the team is searching for skilled, proactive Bike Mechanics / Production Technicians to anchor the bench. The core purpose extends well beyond turning wrenches; it centers on ensuring riders love every single minute in the saddle, delivering genuine hospitality at the service counter, and championing sustainable travel across the community.

Acting as the lead technician in the workshop, the successful technician will manage the lion's share of repairs, unpack and build exciting new models before they hit the showroom floor, and tackle complex troubleshooting with precision. Supported by a dedicated crew, this individual will embody integrity, continuously refine their craft, and keep the local riding community rolling smoothly.

  • Dependable, level-headed under pressure, and ready to share knowledge and guide the wider store team.
