The Role:
- This is an exciting opportunity to join the brand’s new Westfield Sydney location as a Back Of House Manager, responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting the delivery of a seamless customer experience within a high-performing retail environment.
- Working closely with the Store Director and leadership team, you will oversee the operational functions of the business, ensuring strong processes, efficiency and compliance while enabling the team to focus on delivering exceptional service.
- You’ll take ownership of stock management, inventory accuracy, workforce planning, loss prevention, health and safety standards and operational reporting, ensuring the store runs smoothly and effectively every day.
- You’ll play a key role in driving operational improvements, supporting commercial outcomes and ensuring the store consistently reflects the brand’s premium standards.
