This is a high-accountability leadership role, operating with a level of autonomy similar to a Store Manager, responsible for driving the performance of a womenswear business within one of the group’s top-performing national locations.
You will operate in a premium retail setting where client experience, commercial performance, and operational excellence are critical to success.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading and coaching a small womenswear concession team
- Driving daily sales performance, KPIs, and commercial outcomes
- Delivering a premium, elevated client experience in a luxury retail environment
- Developing strong clienteling behaviours and long-term customer relationships
- Managing rostering, floor coverage, and daily operational execution
- Supporting performance management and accountability conversations
- Maintaining high visual merchandising and concession standards within a premium retail environment
- Acting as a key commercial leader within a flagship concession location

- Experience in premium or luxury fashion retail leadership
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop small teams
- Proven track record in driving sales and KPIs
- Confidence in performance management and accountability conversations
- Strong clienteling mindset and passion for customer experience
- Ability to manage rostering and operational execution within a concession environment
- Clear, confident communication style
- Highly polished presentation aligned with luxury standards
- Mandarin language skills advantageous but not essential
