Your New Role:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to support the daily operations of a beautifully presented boutique store. You’ll play a key role in leading the team from the front, driving sales performance and creating an inspiring customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you’ll combine styling, customer engagement and operational support while helping to build a positive and high-performing team culture.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing the team
- Driving store performance and achieving KPIs including conversion, ATV, UPT and VIP sign-ups
- Delivering exceptional customer service through personalised styling and relationship building
- Leading by example on the shop floor to create a premium boutique experience
- Assisting with rostering, wage management and daily store operations
- Supporting team training, development and performance feedback
- Maintaining high standards across store presentation and customer experience
- Helping foster a positive, motivated and engaged team culture
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or senior retail leader
- A background in boutique, premium or service-led retail environments
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and support KPI performance
- Experience coaching and motivating team members
- Passion for styling, customer relationships and elevated service
- Strong organisational and operational skills
- A hands-on leadership style with confidence on the shop floor
- Adaptable, resilient and excited by growth opportunities
