The Role
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will lead, influence and support a diverse retail team, driving the overall operation, profitability, and customer satisfaction of this busy location. You will set the tempo for the store, breaking new ground in retail standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Culture: Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve operational excellence while identifying and nurturing future leadership talent.
  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including meticulous inventory management, merchandising, and high store standards.
  • Financial Results:  Guide and support profitability, budgets, and labor allocation to drive results.

What You Will Have
  • Extensive Experience: Proven experience as a Department Manager or Assistant Manager within a supermarket or grocery environment.
