Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll lead from the floor, coach your team and help deliver an outstanding shopping experience for your local community. Your day will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the store
- Leading, coaching and developing your team
- Driving sales, productivity and store performance
- Maintaining high merchandising and presentation standards
- Managing stock, inventory and compliance
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer enquiries
- Creating a positive team culture where people enjoy coming to work
- Leadership experience in supermarkets, grocery, large-format retail or hospitality
- A hands-on approach and a willingness to lead by example
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills
