Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales and KPI performance
- Leading, coaching and developing a passionate retail team
- Creating an exceptional customer experience through premium service standards
- Driving client engagement and repeat business
- Managing visual merchandising and premium store presentation
- Overseeing stock management, inventory accuracy and operational excellence
- Leading by example while fostering a positive and high-performance culture
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team development
You'll be a confident retail leader who thrives in a premium customer-focused environment and enjoys developing people while achieving commercial results.
You'll bring :
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or Senior Supervisor
- Background within premium fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty or luxury retail
- Strong sales leadership and KPI management experience
- Passion for styling, fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining premium presentation standards
