Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the team, driving sales performance and creating an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys coaching others, building genuine customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the store.

- Monitor performance against KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure company policies, procedures and operational standards are followed
- Take ownership of the store in the Store Manager’s absence
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or senior retail leader
- Strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for team development
- Confidence working in a fast-paced and results-driven retail environment
- A customer-first approach and passion for consultative selling
- Experience with stock control, visual merchandising and achieving KPIs
- Strong operational skills and high standards for store presentation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Ambition to continue growing your career within retail management
