Your New Role:
You will take full ownership of your store across sales, team performance, operations and customer experience in partnership with the Store Manager. This is a hands on leadership role where your commercial mindset, professionalism and energy set the standard.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, using structured performance management to drive results and build capability over time
- Take full accountability for store performance, confidently articulating the how and why behind KPIs, trade decisions and commercial outcomes.
- Be highly visible on the floor, leading from the front and setting the benchmark for an energetic, customer-first experience.
- Build and protect a strong team culture, fostering accountability, connection and high standards under pressure.
- Create meaningful community connections, aligning with a lifestyle that reflects movement, fitness and local engagement.
- 2+ years’ experience in an Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role in fashion or lifestyle retail
- A strong people leader who thrives on coaching, developing and supporting a team
- Commercially minded with a solid understanding of KPIs, sales performance and store budgets
- Confident supporting daily operations including rostering, stock and trade management
- Hands-on and passionate about delivering an engaging, high-energy customer experience
- A natural communicator with the ability to build relationships and lead with impact
