- Drive showroom floor sales and consistently exceed monthly revenue KPIs.
- Deliver high-touch customer service and expert client relationship management.
- Control day-to-day store operations, stock flow, and inventory management.
- Execute visual merchandising (VM) layouts to maintain premium showroom presentation.
- Coordinate local in-store marketing and seasonal promotional campaigns.
- Proven sales background within big-ticket retail or showroom environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build client rapport and confidently close premium deals.
- Prior operational background handling stock control and visual merchandising.
- Strong communication skills paired with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Physical capability to lift stock up to 20kg and valid Australian work rights.
You will lead a hands-on, energetic showroom team focused on high performance and hitting sales targets. Floor dynamics run on high momentum, practical support, and clear communication. Your collaborative approach on the floor will set the tone for seamless service delivery.
