Working alongside a highly experienced Store Manager who has progressed internally from Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager, you will support a close-knit team of 8 staff and play a key role in driving sales performance, maintaining high store standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and customer experience
- Maintain strong operational standards, including admin and paperwork
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team
- Ensure store presentation and visual standards are upheld at all times
- Retail leadership experience (does not have to be homewares but is advantageous)
- A genuine interest in colour, interiors, materials, furniture, or homewares
- Professional presentation and confident communication style
- Detail-focused, organised, and commercially minded
- Salary: $65,000 per annum
- Roster: Sunday–Thursday (no late nights, no extended Christmas trading)
