Your New Role:
As the Assistant Store Manager , you will partner closely with the Store Manager to lead from the front and set the standard on the shop floor. This is a hands on leadership role where you are not sitting back, you are in it with your team driving performance, building capability and making sure the store runs seamlessly day to day. You will take ownership of key areas across sales, operations and team development while stepping up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
