Assistant Store Manager to join its Fortitude Valley team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced Store Manager, develop a high-performing team and contribute directly to the success of a busy store.
About the Role
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the day-to-day leadership and operation of the store. You will lead from the front, coach the team to achieve strong results and ensure every customer receives an engaging and memorable experience.
You will also play an important role in maintaining operational standards, managing stock and merchandising, and stepping up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in retail leadership or management

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working towards sales targets and performance KPIs
- Experience with rostering, training and performance management
- Strong stock control and visual merchandising capabilities
