Your New Role:
As Assistant Store Manager at Chadstone, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, support your team and deliver a personalised shopping experience.
You will lead by example on the floor, combining styling and product knowledge with strong clienteling skills. Building repeat business will be a key focus, using CRM insights and thoughtful follow-up to develop lasting client relationships.
- Drive sales and performance across ATV, UPT and conversion.
- Coach the team in styling, selling techniques and personalised service.
- Grow the store’s client database and support appointments, events and repeat visits.
- Support onboarding, training and individual team development.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock accuracy and smooth daily operations.
- Oversee accurate and timely fulfilment of online orders.
Experience Checklist:
- Experience in premium or luxury fashion, with strong personal sales results.
- Confident clienteling and CRM skills, with examples of building repeat business.
- Leadership or coaching experience and a willingness to keep developing.
- A commercial mindset and confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- A genuine interest in fashion, styling and delivering thoughtful customer service.
- Mandarin language skills are highly regarded.
- $65,000 + super.
- Sunday to Thursday roster.
