Your New Role

Step into a pivotal role as Assistant Store Manager in a new outlet store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll be second-in-charge of the store’s performance while taking ownership of stock operations and team leadership.

From managing deliveries and transfers to keeping the shop floor fully stocked and ready to trade, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly. Alongside operational focus, you’ll also lead by example on the floor, coaching the team to deliver strong results and building customer loyalty through exceptional service.

This role is well suited to someone ambitious, organised and career-driven who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.

What You Will Get Up To
  • Partner with the Store Manager to achieve and exceed sales, KPIs and service standards
  • Take the lead on stock operations, including deliveries, transfers, replenishment and inventory management
  • Support visual merchandising to keep the store looking fresh, commercial and brand-aligned
  • Motivate, train and coach the team, stepping up to lead in the Store Manager’s absence
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a high-traffic, fast-moving environment
  • Drive efficiency on the shop floor while delivering a premium customer experience
The Experience Checklist
  • 1–2+ years as an Assistant Store Manager or high-volume Supervisor role
  • Proven success managing stock operations in a high-volume retail environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing and motivating teams
  • Sales-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
  • Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting
  • Customer-first mindset, with strong styling and product knowledge skills
