We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a high-performing supermarket in City Beach . Working alongside an experienced Store Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the team, driving commercial performance and delivering an outstanding shopping experience for the local community.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store operates efficiently while motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.
You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy supermarket
- Coaching, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
- Driving sales, productivity and operational excellence
- Maintaining exceptional merchandising and presentation standards
- Overseeing stock management, inventory and store compliance
- Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer enquiries
- Building a positive, engaged and customer-focused team culture
You'll bring:
- Leadership experience within supermarkets, grocery, large-format retail or hospitality
