About the Role
We’re seeking a confident Assistant Store Manager to support a busy, high‑volume retail store in Alexandria. This location has strong customer engagement, steady foot traffic, and a team that thrives with clear direction and hands‑on leadership. You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting store performance through planning, organisation, and daily operations
- Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate retail team
- Maintaining strong stock presentation and supporting visual merchandising
- Ensuring smooth, accurate processes and consistent store standards
- Building genuine customer relationships and fostering a welcoming atmosphere
- Upholding safety, wellbeing, and a positive team culture
You’re a natural leader who brings:
- Retail leadership experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- A genuine passion for customer experience and team development
