About the role:
As the Showroom Manager, you will take ownership of an A-grade showroom and lead a large, high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and unforgettable bridal experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor with their team. You’ll set the pace, coach in the moment, provide clear and constructive feedback and create a culture where high performance and premium service go hand in hand.
You’ll be accountable for driving sales performance, developing your team and ensuring every bride receives the elevated, personalised experience the brand is known for.
What you'll need:
- Previous Store Manager experience OR A-grade Assistant Store Manager experience leading a large team within a high-performing retail environment
- Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate a high-performing team
- Confidence providing feedback and coaching in the moment on the shop floor
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive KPIs and sales performance
- Passion for premium service, styling and creating memorable customer experiences
- A hands-on leadership style and the ability to lead from the front
- $70,000 + super + commission
- Sunday to Thursday roster
