Working alongside an experienced Store Manager, you'll help lead all aspects of the store's daily operations. From supporting and coaching the team to delivering exceptional customer service and driving commercial performance, you'll be instrumental in creating a store that customers love to visit.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll spend your time engaging with customers, mentoring team members, maintaining visual standards, managing operational tasks and contributing to the overall success of the business.
About You
You're an experienced retail leader who enjoys taking ownership and making an impact. You'll ideally have:
- Experience in an Assistant Store Manager, 3IC, Department Manager or similar leadership role
- A passion for customer service and team development
- Strong sales and KPI achievement
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style
