About the role:
Supporting the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading a team of approximately 7 staff within a busy retail environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be heavily involved in coaching the team, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining premium visual presentation standards.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves retail leadership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys developing people while leading from the front.

About you:
  • Previous retail management experience is essential
  • Passionate about customer service and team leadership
  • Strong sales focus and commercial awareness
  • Energetic, organised, and confident, leading a team
  • Reliable, trustworthy and committed
  • Fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or premium retail experience is highly regarded
