About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the performance of a high-volume store, leading from the front and developing a motivated, results-driven team. You'll support all aspects of store operations, people leadership, and commercial outcomes, ensuring the store consistently delivers against key KPIs while maintaining high presentation and service standards.
