An opportunity to join a well-established New Zealand luxury fashion brand with a strong national presence and a loyal international customer base. This is a key leadership role within a high-profile Queenstown boutique, supporting an experienced Store Manager and playing a hands-on role in driving performance, service and team culture.
The Role
You'll support the day-to-day operation of the store. You'll be highly customer-facing, supporting conversion, coaching the team, and ensuring every customer receives a premium, personalised shopping experience. This role has a strong focus on client journey, relationship-building, and after-care, while balancing the realities of high foot traffic and large tourist groups - all without compromising on service standards. You'll also support the Store Manager with standard retail operational duties.
What's On Offer
- Depending on exp upto $35 p/h
- Sunday - Thursday roster, 35 hours per week
- Earn 1% commission on personal sales once store's monthly target is achieved
- Uniform provided + option to purchase out-of-season items

- Store Hours 10am till 9pm Summer and 7pm in Winter)
