Assistant Manager - Queensgate

About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Queensgate store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead from the front, inspire your team and play a key role in delivering strong commercial results.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Coaching, motivating and developing a team of 10–12
  • Creating an engaging and customer-focused store environment
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through strong service standards
  • Supporting visual merchandising, stock management and operational excellence
  • Leading by example on the shop floor and driving team performance

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic retail leader who brings:
  • Previous experience in an Assistant Manager, 2IC or senior retail leadership role
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive leadership style
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
