You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Coaching, motivating and developing a team of 10–12
- Creating an engaging and customer-focused store environment
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through strong service standards
- Supporting visual merchandising, stock management and operational excellence
- Leading by example on the shop floor and driving team performance
- $27.50 per hour

- Previous experience in an Assistant Manager, 2IC or senior retail leadership role
- Strong coaching and team development skills

- A commercial mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
