What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in bringing the store to life, leading from the front and helping create an environment where both customers and team members feel valued.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy retail operation.
- Leading, motivating and developing a large team to achieve their best.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and sharing your passion for food.
- Maintaining high standards across merchandising, presentation and store operations.
- Driving team performance, commercial results and operational efficiency.
- Creating a positive, energetic team culture where people enjoy coming to work.
We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and a fresh perspective, with the confidence to lead a team and make a real impact.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, food or another customer-focused environment.
- A natural ability to lead from the front, motivate others and build strong team relationships.
- A genuine interest in food, cooking, fresh produce and quality products.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on standards and service.
